1. What we delete
At your request, we will permanently delete:
- Your TuCM user account (email, password, profile, settings).
- The credentials and tokens of your connected Instagram and Facebook account, revoking access at Meta first.
- Descriptions of your business, audience, editorial plan and uploaded materials.
- AI-generated content for your account (texts, images, videos, metrics).
- Data associated with processed interactions (comments, replies).
- Linked Telegram recipients.
We will only retain what the law requires us to keep (invoicing: 6 years as required by Spanish tax law) and the minimal records needed to demonstrate compliance with the deletion process.
2. How to request deletion
Option A — From the Facebook app
If you connected your account to TuCM via "Login with Facebook", removing the app from Facebook automatically triggers our deletion process.
- Go to Settings > Business Integrations on Facebook.
- Find TuCM in the list.
- Click "Remove" and confirm.
Facebook will give you a confirmation code and a link to check the status. That link points to our status page.
Option B — By email
Send us an email to info@tucm.es with the subject "Data deletion request" including:
- Your full name.
- The email you used to register at TuCM.
- The linked Instagram account name (if applicable).
- A short description of the request.
To verify your identity, we may ask you to send the email from the registered address or attach a copy of an ID document (which we will destroy after verification).
Option C — From the client panel
If you have access to the panel, you can request deletion at Settings > Account > Delete my account. The action is irreversible and runs asynchronously.
3. Timeframe
- Immediate confirmation of receipt of your request.
- Effective deletion within a maximum of 30 calendar days.
- For requests received via Meta, we provide a code so you can check status at any time.

5. What happens to data on Meta
Deleting your data on TuCM does not automatically delete content published on your own Instagram account. If you also wish to delete that content, do so from the Instagram app. What we do:
- Revoke our access tokens to your account.
- Delete our records of content and metrics.
- Notify Meta, where applicable, of the deletion.
